Erin Malley & Doruk Golcu are an internationally touring teaching couple. Partners on the dance floor and in life,they have been dancing together since 2004. They are known for their smooth dancing, unique musicality, connection to one another, and thorough understanding of both roles. Together, they have danced, taught and performed across the US and Europe. In their teaching, Erin and Doruk look at the structural analysis of tango. They believe that this analysis can be used to build the foundation for any aesthetic styling you choose. They greatly encourage exploration and experimentation in their students.

POWER AND ELEGANCE IN TANGO
In this class, we will explore the use of the supporting leg, core connection and a fully physical, three-dimensional approach to create powerfully elegant dancing.
DYNAMIC SEQUENCES FOR SMALL SPACES
A Doruk specialty! This workshop examines how we can make subtle changes to the embrace and use systems intelligently to create dynamic moments in crowded floors.
BEYOND THE BASICS OF THE GIRO
In this workshop, we will investigate how changing the common shape and musicality of the giro can turn this basic figure into an exciting, expressive and novel one.
STRUCTURAL AWARENESS FOR STRONG IMPROVISATION We will look at the building blocks of tango to explore how to construct a dance that responds to the moment at hand without the constraints of memorized figures.
